And I have also been trying to get back into the gym and regular exercising. Something I have never found easy I tell you. If it’s not fun then I just don’t want to do it. Plus I get bored very easily so I need to keep changing my exercise routines to keep me interested and focussed. So here is one exercise routine I will be doing this week courtesy of fitsugar.com
So it’s still January. And at this rate the over indulgence at Christmas is threatening to haunt me into February… so I am starting a new health kick to welcome in 2014.
I have been trying out some healthy low calorie but actually still delicious recipes, which I will post here soon.
Going to try and keep this up into next week too…you never know miracles may happen!
