So in my sushi-loving mood I decided to try another Japanese restaurant in Singapore. I decided upon booking a table at IKYU in Tiong Bahru having had it recommended by a friend.
I fell out of love with sushi for a few years after a disastrous trip to ‘Yo Sushi’ (never again!) but now I am happy to say I am now back to being a sushi lover. This was mainly down to a trip to Tatsuya at the Goodwood Park Hotel back in May. Tatsuya is quite honestly some of the best food I have ever had and the time and care taken over the preparation and presentation of each dish is exquisite. Can you tell I’m a fan?!
