Living in Singapore, I am always on the hunt for the perfect summer dress. A dress that will take me to the shops, brunch, drinks and dinner and also the odd summer wedding or two. Is there even such a thing I hear you cry! Well I think I may have just found it.
On my perpetual search I came across Hong Kong based designer What the Frock and was immediately drawn by their feminine silhouettes and flattering styles. They design limited edition dress collections using high quality fabrics, silk being their numero uno, in a mix of plain colours and patterns.
I fell in the love with the cobalt blue and white pattern of this dress but I also loved this one and this one too. I really feel these are great as some of your wardrobe staples that you can dress up or dress down in equal measure. Best news is that along with the luxurious feeling of silk against your skin you can also be assured of the high quality of your purchase as each piece is made by hand.
This weekend I took my ‘Betty’ out for brunch in the sunshine with my Kate Spade mini shoulder bag (good news! this one and this one are on sale), Mujosh sunnies (similar here and here) and my favourite Lola Cruz heeled sandals (similar here).
