I have been here a few times now with friends to celebrate one occasion or another and have found the high quality consistent and service always excellent. This brunch offers two varieties of Billecart-Salmon Champagne; the Rosé and the Brut Reserve poured from Magnum as well as a wine and beer option.
Unlike other brunches around town, Raffles doesn’t offer other cuisines such as Asian however what it does offer of Mediterranean fare and an excellent western Carvery, it does extremely well and always has a large selection.
There is another section of food with soups, fish stews etc all kept on hot plates, personally I don’t feel these dishes live up to the high standard of the rest of the food and this is an area I rarely visit. I would also suggest having their incredible tiramisu on offer for the brunch, I have sampled this delicious dessert at other events held here and it is sorely missed in my eye. But then again I can never resist a tasty tiramisu.
